Welcome to European Virtual Office. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline the rules and obligations for both you (the “Client”) and us (“European Virtual Office”, “we”, “our”).

1. Services Provided

We provide:

• Virtual office services, including the use of a Portuguese mailing address (apartado or office address) for receiving mail and parcels.

• SIM cards and mobile numbers for call forwarding, SMS forwarding, and WhatsApp usage.

• Optional add-on services such as mail scanning, SMS-to-email, and WhatsApp setup.

These services are not a substitute for a physical office space.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Provide accurate contact and identification details

• Comply with applicable laws in Portugal and your country of residence

3. Payment Terms

• All services are prepaid unless otherwise agreed.

• Invoices must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice.

• Failure to pay will result in suspension or termination of the service.

• Prices are subject to change, but any change will be communicated in advance.

4. Refund Policy

• Setup fees are non-refundable.

• Monthly or annual service fees are non-refundable once the service period has started.

• Refunds are only issued if we are unable to provide the service.

5. Use of Address and Number

• The address and/or phone number provided may only be used for lawful purposes.

• Any illegal use (including fraud, spam, or scams) will result in immediate termination without refund and may be reported to authorities.

• You are responsible for keeping your forwarding instructions up to date.

6. Mail and Call Forwarding

• Forwarding charges (mail or call) are billed separately or included in your package, depending on your plan.

• International call forwarding charges vary by destination and must be prepaid if not included.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or telecommunications providers.

7. Service Limitations

• We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to mail once handed over to the postal service or courier.

• We are not liable for missed calls or messages due to technical issues beyond our control.

• We may refuse to accept or forward items that are illegal, oversized, or unsafe.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your service if:

• You breach these Terms

• You use the service for illegal purposes

• Payment is overdue

9. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid by you for the service in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Portugal.
